Registration for Religious Education

We invite and encourage all children and teens from all schools to participate in our Religious Ed / Faith Formation programs. Pre-K4 through 6th grade Sunday School, 7th-12th grade Life Teen, including Sacramental preparation all start on August 24. Parents, please complete one form per family and submit by August 12.

Volunteer Sunday School catechists for Pre-K4-6th graders and Life Teen Core Team members are needed for 7th-12th graders, so please consider sharing your faith with our young people this year! Lessons, materials, guidance, and support will be given. Preparation begins right away, so please indicate on form your preferences or contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

We are asking for a contribution from each family to offset the costs of books, supplementary materials, supplies, food, etc. (Catechists and Core Team members do not pay.) Please contribute $20 per child or $50 for 3 or more children per family if you are able. You may send a check payable to St. Francis or submit your payment through this link Give and select Children or Youth Ministry indicating Religious Ed in the memo section.
